As Chief Operating Officer at CareerSource Escarosa, I lead organizational strategy, operational governance, and workforce system performance across Northwest Florida. Since stepping into the COO role in 2021, I’ve overseen multi‑location operations, regulatory compliance, Equal Opportunity oversight, and modernization initiatives that strengthen service delivery and improve outcomes for job seekers and employers.

With more than 15 years of operational leadership at CareerSource Escarosa — including my tenure as Operations Manager from 2006 to 2022 — I’ve directed daily operations, enhanced compliance processes, led facilities and safety oversight, and improved digital accessibility and customer engagement across the organization. My work has reinforced internal controls, audit readiness, and alignment between mission, service delivery, and public accountability.

My leadership is shaped by 20 years of service in the U.S. Army as an MOS 88M/Supervisor, where I developed expertise in logistics, transportation operations, team readiness, and disciplined decision‑making — foundational qualities that strengthen my governance perspective and operational judgment.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Columbia Southern University and maintain OSHA’s 30‑Hour General Industry certification, supporting my ability to contribute meaningfully to organizational governance, risk oversight, compliance, and operational strategy.
